Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Conditions for Refund: Payment will be refunded if AVJ Services fails to deliver the product meeting at least 80% of the agreed-upon criteria. If the Company fulfills more than 80% of the criteria, no refund will be claimed by the client. Once the client approves the first level of the project, any advance payments made will not be eligible for refund.
- Timeframe: If the project is not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, the client is entitled to a 100% refund unless they choose to continue with the project.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must contact AVJ Services customer support and provide proof of purchase. Refund requests may also require filling out a refund request form provided by the Company.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via bank transaction within 30 days of the refund request being approved.
- Exceptions: Clients will not be authorized for a refund if they have engaged in any technical interference with the product developed by AVJ Services.
- Cancellation Policy: If a client wishes to cancel the project after verifying the first level of the project, they will be required to pay 20% of the agreed-upon project amount as cancellation fees.
